基于UG宏与二次开发的工程图尺寸自动标注方法研究

【摘要】 在分析现有UG工程图二次开发模块的基础上,提出了一种基于UG宏与二次开发相结合的工程图尺寸自动标注方法,搭建了UG宏与二次开发的工程图模块总体框架,给出了UG宏文件调用的配置方法,解析了针对工程图尺寸自动标注的UG宏文件关键代码,开发了工程图模块,并以某轴承座零件为例,验证了零件尺寸自动标注方法的可行性。

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the present secondary development module of UG engineering drawing, an automatic dimensioning approach that combined UG macro and secondary development was put forward. It built the overall frame of engineering drawing module with UG macro and secondary development, and provided a deploy method to call the UG macro documents. Then analyzed the critical codes of the UG macro documents aimed at automatic dimensioning of engineering drawing. Finally, an engineering drawing module was developed, and the feasibility of automatic dimensioning method was verified by taking a bearing seat part for instance.
