机器人激光熔覆局部强化汽车覆盖件拉深模的应用研究
Application and research of local reinforcement by robot laser aided cladding on automobile body panel drawing die
【摘要】 用机器人激光熔覆技术对汽车覆盖件拉深模进行了局部熔覆强化,采用Fe40合金涂层打底,GXN-65A和XY-27F-X40合金粉分区域熔覆。通过试验确定了单道熔覆路径截面的高度H和宽度W,再用台阶试样试验确定了不同合金涂层厚度h,并采用专用软件对熔覆区域分区进行离线编程,最终在覆盖件拉深模上获得了较好的熔覆层。GXN-65A熔覆层硬度为63 HRC,XY-27F-X40熔覆层硬度为42 HRC。
【Abstract】 Local reinforcement by robot laser aided cladding was applied on an automobile body panel drawing die. The Fe40 cladding acted as the base layer, GXN-65 A and XY-27F-X40 cladding were prepared at different zones as required. The height H and width W of single cladding track were determined by experiments. Then the thicknesses h of different alloy claddings were determined by step specimen tests. Special software was used to off-line program for different zones. Finally, a good cladding was prepared on the automobile body panel drawing die. The hardness of the GXN-65 A cladding is 63 HRC and the XY-27F-X40 cladding is 42 HRC.
