P矩阵化学计量法在气相色谱测定粗苯多组分含量中的应用

【摘要】 采用P矩阵化学计量法,分析和处理了由气相色谱测定的粗苯多组分含量的数据。首先对色谱条件进行了讨论,确定最佳实验条件为:INNOWAX毛细管柱、正己烷作溶剂,起始温度40℃,保持3 min,以7℃/min的速率升至100℃,再以30℃/min的速率升至250℃,保持3 min。其次分别采用P矩阵法与最小二乘法,对苯系物中的苯、甲苯、二甲苯等5种组分进行了数据处理和对比,结果表明,两种不同计量方法对未知样品的计算结果一致,平均相对误差为1.062%。

【Abstract】 The multi component data of the crude benzene determined by gas chromatography was analyzed and processed by P-matrix stechiometry. First of all, the chromatographic conditions were discussed and the optimum one was ascertained as follows: INNOWAX as column, n-hexane as solvent, initial temperature at 40 ℃ and hold for 3 minutes, after that increase the temperature to 100 ℃ at the rate of 7 ℃/min, and in turn, increase the temperature to 250 ℃ at the rate of 30 ℃/min and hold for 3 minutes. After that, data processing and comparison were performed of the 5 components of benzene, toluene, p-xylene,m-xylene and o-xylene by adopting the P-matrix method and the least square method, respectively. The result indicated that the two methods were consistent and the mean relative error was 1.062%.
