【摘要】 近年来预科教育愈发蓬勃发展,受到各界人士的重视,其作为高校专业教育的过渡期,重要地位不言自明。如何进行预科教学、制定何种课程计划才能使预科教育发挥更多效力也成为教育界的研究对象。本文通过对内蒙地区的各大高校的法学预科课程进行调研,分析得到法学预科课程目前在课程设置及教学实践中存在的缺陷和问题,并以此为视角,探讨预科教育改革的实施方法〔1〕。最后通过比较国外的预科教育经验,对我国民族高校法学预科课程改革提出几点设想。更多还原

【Abstract】 Preparatory education has developed in recent years, as the transition period of higher professional education, the important position is self-evident. How to carry out the preparatory education, formulate what lesson plans to make preparatory education play more effect also become the object of study of educational circles. This paper through the investigation and study of colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia area of the pre law course, defects and problems of course get pre law currently exist in the curriculum and teaching practice, and from this view,discusses the implementation method of foundation education reform.更多还原
