【摘要】 在盛花期采集四川成都和云南罗平的油菜蜂蜜,利用不同糖度麦芽汁培养基分离并鉴定蜂蜜中1 6株酵母菌。通过对形态学特征和26S r DNA基因测序分析,结果表明,油菜蜜中存在蜂蜜接合酵母(Zygosaccharomyces mellis)和暹罗接合酵母(Zygosaccharomyces siamensis),且地区间有差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rape honey were collected from Luoping and Chengdu during blooming period, 16 isolates were selected and identified using malt extract medium of different sugar concentration. Isolates were analyzed by morphology and 26 S r DNA sequences, we found Zygosaccharomyces mellis and Zygosaccharomyces siamensis were present in rape honey. They were differences between Luoping and Chengdu.更多还原
