【摘要】 从面料生产和服装制作两方面着手,研究开发了可喷淋西服。羊毛纤维表面的鳞片层使羊毛具有易去污的特点。在面料生产中,利用羊毛纤维的这种特性同时辅以特种助剂处理羊毛面料,一方面提高了面料的易去污性能,另一方面提高了面料的平整度和尺寸稳定性,减少面料的变形性。在服装制作过程中,选用特殊的服装辅料,优化了服装的黏合工艺、缝制工艺,并采用化学方法对服装进行定形,确保服装在喷水后不变形,自然凉干后消费者可直接穿着。更多还原

【Abstract】 The spray suits are developed from two aspects,namely,fabric production and garment making. The layer of scale on the wool fiber surface can protect the wool fiber and endow the wool with easy decontamination. In the process of fabric production,the ease of decontamination,flatness and dimension stability of the fabric are enhanced along with reducing fabric deformation by using special additives. In the process of garment production,the technology of bonding and sewing is optimized by using special garment accessories. The garment setting is also achieved by chemical setting,ensuring no deformation of garments after spraying and consumers are able to wear a wrinkle-free garment directly after air drying.更多还原
