【摘要】 废弃羊毛是一种重要、廉价的角蛋白资源之一,具有极高的研究利用价值。主要介绍几种常见的羊毛角蛋白溶解提取方法,还原法、酸碱溶解法、离子液体法、氧化法、金属盐法、蛋白酶法、熔融尿素法等,以及在此基础之上产生的新的提取方法。同时介绍了羊毛角蛋白在纺织品功能整理、生物医学材料、复合材料、再生角蛋白膜、静电纺丝等领域的最新应用进展,并提出了羊毛角蛋白在溶解提取、再生利用研究和工业生产方面存在的问题和今后的发展方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Waste wool is one of important and inexpensive keratin resources,which has a very high research value. The dissolved extractions methods of wool keratin were described,such as reduction,acid and alkali method,ionic liquid method,oxidation method,metal salt method,enzymatic method,molten urea method,etc,as well as build on new extraction methods. The applications of wool keratin in areas such as functional finishing of textiles,biomedical materials,composite materials regeneration of keratin membrane and electrostatic spinning and so on were also mentioned. The problems and future in the dissolution and recycling of wool keratin were stated.更多还原
