消防用灭火防护服外层织物性能分析

【摘要】 测试并分析消防用灭火防护服外层织物的性能。采用芳纶1414长丝和芳纶1313股线交织了二上二下方平织物和一上二下斜纹织物,测试了织物缩水率、表面抗湿性、色牢度、阻燃性、热稳定性、断裂强力、撕破强力、接缝断裂强力等。结果表明:在相同的织造条件下,一上二下斜纹织物的断裂强力、断裂伸长率和阻燃性能比方平织物的略好,方平织物在撕破强力上表现的更突出一些。认为:将织物用于消防灭火防护服外层织物时,需要对其进行表面抗湿处理,提高织物的沾水等级,并通过有效措施提高织物的接缝断裂强力。

【Abstract】 The properties of outer layer fabric for fireman′s protective clothing for firefighting were tested and analyzed.Aramid 1414 filament and aramid 1313 ply were used to weave two-up two-down hopsack and oneup two-down twill fabric.Fabric shrinkage rate,surface humidity resistance,color fastness,flammability resistance,thermal stability,breaking strength,tear strength,seam breaking strength and so on were tested.The results show that the breaking strength,breaking elongation and flammability resistance of one-up two-down twill fabric is better than those of hopsack when the weaving conditions are the same.The hopsack has obvious property on tear strength.It is considered that surface humidity resistance treatment is needed for fabric using as outer layer fabric for fireman’s protective clothing for firefighting to improve the grade of getting wet.The seam breaking strength of the fabric should also be increased through effective measures.
