纳米银抗菌涤纶纱线强伸性能的研究

【摘要】 探讨捻系数和混纺比对纳米银抗菌涤纶纯纺纱及纳米银抗菌涤纶精梳棉混纺纱成纱强伸性能的影响。将纳米银抗菌涤纶纤维以不同的捻系数纯纺,并与精梳棉以不同的混纺比混纺成纱,对其成纱强伸性能进行测试与分析。结果表明:当纳米银抗菌涤纶/精梳棉混纺比分别在41/59和44/56时,混纺纱的断裂强度和断裂伸长率达到最低值;纳米银抗菌涤纶纤维纯纺纱的临界捻系数在372.3附近。认为:在实际工艺设计中,应参照临界捻系数372.3合理配置细纱捻度;应从最终功能及成本出发,综合考虑选择纳米银抗菌涤纶精梳棉混纺纱的混纺比。

【Abstract】 Influences of twist factor and blending ratio to breaking &elongation of pure nano-silver antibacterial polyester yarn and nano-silver antibacterial combed cotton blended yarn were discussed.Nano-silver antibacterial polyester fiber with different twist factors were spun,then it is blended and spun with combed cotton with different blended ratios.The yarn breaking &elongation was tested and analyzed.The test results show that the breaking tenacity and breaking elongation of blended yarn are the smallest when the blending ratio of nano-silver antibacterial polyester/combed cotton is 41/59 and 44/56 respectively.The critical twist factor of pure nano-silver antibacterial polyester yarn is about 372.3.It is considered that spinning twist factor should be reasonably configured according to critical twist factor as 372.3in practical processing design.Blending ratio of nano-silver antibacterial polyester combed cotton blended yarn should be synthetically considered from the perspective of final function and cost.
