【摘要】 探讨新型纺纱胶辊研制要点与应用效果。将基础理论与应用实践相结合,论述了新型纺纱胶辊的基本技术要求、胶辊改性和配方设计创新要点以及胶辊使用中表面辅助处理方法,并以应用实例说明了新型胶辊的实际纺纱效果。认为,综合运用丁腈橡胶改性技术使胶辊表面获得性能良好的摩擦聚合膜,并在使用中采用正确磨砺和表面处理方法,能够有效改善胶辊防静电、缠绕和磨损性能,获得良好的纺纱效果并延长其使用寿命,较好地满足现代纺纱技术对胶辊的技术要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Development and application effect of new spinning rubber-covered roll were discussed.Basic theory and application practice were combined,a series problems were discussed,including new spinning rubber-cover roller technology demands,rubber-covered roll modification and formulation design innovation points,surface auxiliary treatment methods in rubber-covered roll use,practical spinning effect was introduced by examples.It is considered that performance of friction polymer film on rubber-cover roll is better through using nitrile rubber modification technology.Antistatic property,antiwinding and wear resistance property of rubber-covered roll can be modified through adopting correct grinding and surface treatment methods.Better spinning effect can be ensured and rubber-covered roll use lifetime can be extended,technology demands of modern spinning technology to rubber-covered roll can be satisfied.更多还原
