过硫酸钠直接回收废电路板金属富集体中的铜
Direct Recovery of Copper from Metal Concentrates of Waste Printed Circuit Boards with Sodium Persulfate
【摘要】 考察了过硫酸钠浓度、硫酸加入量、搅拌速度、温度和固液比对过硫酸钠直接回收废电路板金属富集体中铜的影响。结果表明,增加过硫酸钠浓度、搅拌速度和升高温度有利于铜的回收。在45℃、固液比0.004(g/mL)、搅拌速度500r/min、过硫酸钠浓度0.2mol/L、时间60min的条件下,铜的回收率达96.5%。
【Abstract】 The effects of concentration of sodium persulfate,amount of sulfuric acid,stirring speed,temperature and ratio of solid to liquid on recovery of copper from metal concentrates of waste printed circuit boards with sodium persulfate were investigated.The results show that increasing of concentration of sodium persulfate,stirring speed and temperature facilitates copper recovery.Copper recovery is 96.5%under the optimum conditions including temperature of 45 ℃,ratio of solid to liquid of 0.004(g/mL),stirring speed of 500r/min,concentration of sodium persulfate of 0.2mol/L,and leaching time of 60 min.
