【摘要】 为了适应满足重载快捷铁路货运技术发展需要,提升铁路货车数字化制造工艺技术水平,以某型号铁路货车组装过程为研究对象,完成了其工艺规程规划和数字化制造仿真平台的搭建,并通过虚拟实现方法,探索了DELMIA软件在铁路货车组装生产过程中的仿真应用.仿真结果表明,该方法能有效预测铁路货车组装过程中潜在的问题,提供更合理的工艺解决方案,为重载快捷铁路货运技术发展和铁路货车数字化制造工艺研究提供了参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to meet needs of development of heavy-haul and rapidly railway freight technology,improve the technology level of digital manufacturing technology of railway freight car. Taking some type freight car assembly as the object of the research, completed the platform of process planning and digital manufacturing simulation. By the means of virtual realization, exploring simulation application of DELMIA soft for railway freight car assembly production. Simulation results show that this method has effective on predicting the underlying problems in the process of railway freight car assembling and provides a better process plan, which provided reference for development of heavy-haul and rapidly railway freight technology and study on process of digital manufacturing of railway freight car.更多还原
