激素处理和变温层积对小花木兰种子形态后熟的影响

【摘要】 以小花木兰种子为供试材料,通过多因子交叉重复实验对影响小花木兰种子形态后熟的主要因素及其水平进行了筛选。结果表明,种子在6-BA 1.30~1.40 mg·L-1和2,4-D 2.00~2.20 mg·L-1混合溶液浸泡3 d,种子与河砂(1∶4)混合后进行100~114 d的变温处理,白天温度为18±2℃,处理8 h,夜间温度为7±2℃,处理16h,心形胚发生率97.8%,子叶胚发生率95.6%,种子发芽率98.0%。本研究完成了小花木兰种子的形态后熟,该技术适合于小花木兰种苗的工厂化生产。

【Abstract】 We studied the main factors with different levels for morphological after-ripening of Magnolia sieboldii seeds through repeated experiments with multi factorial. When the seeds of M. sieboldii were treated by soaking in the mixed solutions with 1. 30- 1. 40 mg · L- 16-BA and 2. 00- 2. 20 mg · L- 12,4-D for three days,mixing the seeds and sand( 1∶4),with temperature change in 100- 114 d,18 ± 2℃ and 8 h in day,7 ±2℃ and 16 h in night,the incidence rate of the heart-shape embryo was 97. 8%,the incidence rate of the embryo with cotyledons was 95. 6%,and the germination rate of seed was 98. 0%. The morphological afterripening of seed of M. sieboldii is suitable for industrial seedlings of M. sieboldii.
