【摘要】 患者,女,37岁。躯干部散在多个环形红斑,反复发作4年,偶有轻微瘙痒。皮肤科检查:背部及腰部散在多个大小不等的环状浸润性红斑,中央退色,边缘隆起。皮损组织病理学检查示:表皮大致正常,真皮浅层至深层大量嗜酸粒细胞弥漫性浸润,并累及皮下脂肪层,未见"火焰"现象及肉芽肿性炎症。更多还原

【Abstract】 A 37- year- old female presented with recurrent annular cutaneous eruption with a slight itching on the trunk for more than one year. Physical examination showed that the red annular infiltrated erythemas varied in different size with light colored centre and raised border. Histopathological examination showed the infiltration of eosinophils in the dermis and subcutaneous fat,but without flame figures or granulomatous inflammation.更多还原
