【Abstract】 Henoch- schonlein purpura( HSP) belongs to the scope of small vasculitis disease occurring in children mostly. HSP not only involves skin,but internal organs,such as kidney,gastrointestinal tract and joint. HSP is often recurrent. This article summarizes the update of laboratory parameters,such as D- dimer,C3,C- reactive protein,IgA,IGF- 1,Toll- like receptors,T cell subsets,allergen and mycoplasma in HSP in order to provide the information on the disease severity of HSP.更多还原
