脑电生物反馈治疗注意缺陷多动障碍患儿疗效分析

【摘要】 目的观察脑电生物反馈治疗儿童注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)的效果,为临床治疗ADHD提供参考依据。方法 ADHD患儿153例,脑电生物反馈治疗40次,采用视听整合持续操作测验(IVA-CPT)评定治疗效果。结果经过脑电生物反馈治疗后,ADHD患儿脑电波β波和SMR.波频率较治疗前提高,θ波频率较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。听觉反应控制商数、视觉反应控制商数、听觉注意力商数、视觉注意力商数、听觉警醒商数、视觉觉醒商数较治疗前均提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单纯脑电生物反馈治疗ADHD效果显著。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the efficacy of eletroencephalographic(EEG) biofeedback on attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).Methods 153 children diagnosed as ADHD received EEG biofeedback therapy for forty times,were used Integrated Visual and Auditory Continuous Performance Test to assess the treatment effects.Results After EEG biofeedback training,frequencies the β wave and SMR wave were significantly enhanced,θ wave frequency was significantly decreased compared with these pre-treatment(P< 0.05),auditory response control quotient,visual response control quotient,auditory attention quotient,visual attention quotient,auditory vigilance quotient,visual vigilance quotient were significantly higher than those pre-treatment(P < 0.05).Conclusion EEG biofeedback shows remarkble effect in treating ADHD.
