【Abstract】 The foundation of new agricultural modernization is farmers’ modernization, which requires that farmers have the certain quality of science and technology, vocational skills and management ability. However, at present, the professional quality of farmers has not yet reached the requirement of new agricultural modernization. This paper suggested to strengthen basic education and comprehensively improve the farmers’ quality; to highlight the priorities of education, make the education contentsclearand payattention to the educational effectiveness; to play positive role of agricultural radio schoolsin enhancing the farmers’ scientific quality; to strengthen the rural spiritual civilization construction to promote farmers’ comprehensive quality; to work together and ensure the systematization of farmers’ education; and to establish a sound financial investment mechanism of rural vocational education.更多还原
