【Abstract】 Inter and extra regional economic cooperation in the Southeast Asia featured with FTAs and RTAs has been booming rapidly since 21 st century. Nevertheless,the Philippines,which is an old member of ASEAN is going on very slowly on the issue. This paper firstly introduces the status quo and explores Philippine official perspectives on FTAs and RTAs,then,describes the analysis of Philippine mainstream academy on East Asian FTAs and RTAs and outlines three principles and two strategies of Philippine government in dealing with FTAs and RTAs,and studies in final the different policies of Philippine government toward bilateral FTAs and regional free trade agreements.更多还原
