In order to seek their own development, publishing house and library make full use of their unique advantages to form a consortium with benefits by advantage complementary. The cooperation between university library and publishing house was summarized from reading promotion cooperation, issuance and procurement cooperation under the PDA, cooperation based on digital library and so on. The problems and solutions were also proposed.
