【摘要】 为了最大程度地满足师生对文献的需求,实现图书馆馆际之间的资源共享,原文传递服务发挥着越来越重要的作用。但原文传递中依然存在低效率申请以及原文传递的满足率不高等问题。试图从用户信息需求入手,以中国农业大学图书馆的BALIS原文传递数据为分析对象,研究了原文传递服务中用户的信息需求表现和信息需求规律,并提出了改善原文传递服务的策略与具体途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 To best meet the needs of students and faculty for the literature and share resources among libraries, the document delivery service plays more and more important role. But there still remain problem of low efficiency of application as well as low satisfaction in the document delivery. This paper attempts to utilize the user information demand in the document delivery service to study the expression and features of the information demands, taking the document delivery BALIS database of the China Agricultural University Library as the analysis object. The purpose of the paper is to suggest a strategy and concrete way to upgrade the document delivery service by adjusting and integrating the library resources in order to accomplish one-stop access to the literature, improving publicity and users’ information literacy.更多还原
