【摘要】 目的探讨低分子肝素钙皮下注射的安全用药方法。方法回顾性分析56例采用低分子肝素钙皮下注射的住院患者的临床用药及护理过程。结果 56例采用低分子肝素钙皮下注射的住院患者仅有5例出现注射部位少量皮下出血,其余51例患者均无不良反应出现。结论低分子肝素钙皮下注射安全用药护理可以减轻患者的痛苦,规避护理风险,保证用药护理安全,提高患者的满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the safe drug use of low-molecular-weight heparin calcium subcutaneous injection.Methods The process in clinical medication and nursing for fifty-six inpatients with low-molecular-weight heparin calcium subcutaneous injection was analyzed retrospectively.Results There were 5 cases with little subcutaneous bleeding at the injection site,no adverse effect was found in the other 51 cases.Conclusion Safety medication care of low-molecular-weight heparin calcium subcutaneous injection can reduce the pain of patients,avoid nursing risk,guarantee safe medication care,improve the satisfaction of patients.更多还原
