【摘要】 珠江是我国七大河流之一,珠江防护林工程经过两期工程建设后,工程区森林资源明显增加,生态环境得到了较大改善,其生态、社会和经济效益日益凸显,但也存在资金投入不足,工程进展缓慢,防护林体系质量不高等诸多问题。为解决这些问题,本文在介绍珠江防护林工程概况的基础上,对珠防林二期工程建设进行了总结,概括为3个方面成绩和6个方面的问题,同时提炼出三期工程建设的总体思路。这些思路包括指导思想、建设原则、建设目标、建设任务和保障措施等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Zhujiang River is one of the seven major river of China. The forest resources in Zhujiang shelterbelts project area has obviously increased, its ecology and environment has greatly improved, and its ecological, economical and social effects are increasing after two periods of construction of Zhujiang shelterbelts project. Meanwhile, the project has many problems, such as funds shortage, progress slowness, the quality of the shelterbelts system lowness, and so on. In order to solve these problems, on the basis of introducing project overview, the paper summarized the second period of Zhujiang shelterbelts project which includes 3 achievements and 6 problems. Finally, the general thinking about the third period of Zhujiang shelterbelts project is brought out which includes guiding ideology, principles, goals, and tasks of construction, as well as safeguards.更多还原
