科技投入对生态文明建设的贡献分析——基于拓展的C-D生产函数

【摘要】 生态文明建设对我国的经济发展质量与速度、对我国的社会建设提出了更高的要求,以科技创新为前提的生态文明建设已成为实现我国经济社会良性发展的必由之路。文章在C-D生产函数的基础上引入科技投入变量构建生产函数模型,采用2003年至2012年数据估计全国生产函数,确定科技等投入对生态GDP产出的贡献率,得出科技投入对生态文明建设的有显著的正向作用,同时也证明了我国经济发展已越过生态拐点,进而转入生态文明经济发展的新阶段。

【Abstract】 Ecological civilization construction requires high quality and speed in our economic development and social construction., Ecological civilization construction depended on technology innovation has become the only route which must be passed for the benign economic development. In this research, technology input was introduced as a variable to build a production function model which was based on the C-D production function. By using the annual data from 2003 to 2012 in China, the production function was estimated and the contribution rate of each input to output was confirmed. By analyzing the technology’s contribution to ecological civilization construction empirically, it is found that technology is the powerful support for ecological civilization construction and it is also proved that China’s economic development has been beyond the inflection point and shifted to a new stage in ecological civilization economic development.
