【摘要】 目的 探讨鼻内镜治疗老年慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的围手术期处理措施、临床疗效及其影响因素。方法 对2010年1月-2014年12月复旦大学附属华山医院收治的65例老年慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者进行功能性鼻内镜手术治疗,观察其临床治疗效果,并总结围手术期处理方法及注意事项。结果 65例患者中,治愈42例(64.6%),显效18例(27.7%),无效5例(7.7%),总有效率为92.3%。发生局部并发症6例(9.2%),经处理后痊愈。所有患者均未出现原有系统性疾病的加重或出现新的系统性并发症,安全度过围手术期。结论 鼻内镜治疗老年慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉临床效果好,妥善的围手术期处理,可显著提高手术安全性、临床疗效,减少并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the perioperative management and efficacy and the influencing factors of endoscopic sinus surgery(ESS) in geriatric patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps.Methods A total of 65 geriatric patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps underwent nasal endoscopic surgery in our hospital from Jan.2010 to Dec.2014.The therapeutic effect was investigated and sum up experience of the perioperative management measures.Results In the 65 cases,42 cases were cured(64.6%),18 cases were excellent(27.7%),invalid in 5 cases(7.7%),the total effective rate was 92.3%.There was no serious complication,Local complications occurred in 6 cases(9.2%).All patients didn’t have the system disease worsening or appear the new systematic complication.The perioperative management was summarized.It was very important to choose proper surgery method and perioperation care for elderly patients.Conclusions The therapeutic effects of nasal endoscope surgery on chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps are good in geriatric.The perioperative appropriate treatment can improve security and clinical curative effect of the surgery,reduce the occurrence of surgical complications.更多还原
