【摘要】 目的 观察“成人听力言语康复系统”软件对老年脑卒中后构音障碍(articulation disorders,AD)患者进行言语康复训练及疗效评估方面的临床效果。方法 30例老年脑卒中后AD患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组15例;观察组患者采用“成人听力言语康复系统”进行言语训练,对照组患者则采用传统人工言语康复训练,于训练前后采用韵母发音、声母发音、声调和总体疗效等4项评估内容对两组患者进行测评。结果 韵母发音:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(81.25%vs 53.33%,P<0.05);声母发音:观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(93.33%vs 46.67%,P<0.01);声调:观察组总有效率(66.67%)虽高于对照组(45.00%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);总体评价:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(86.67%vs 53.33%,P<0.05)。结论“成人听力言语康复系统”在脑卒中后构音障碍患者进行言语康复训练较纯人工言语训练有明显的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of "adult hearing speech rehabilitation system" software for speech rehabilitation training in patients with post-stroke dysarthria.Methods 30 elderly patients with post-stroke dysarthria were randomly divided into 2 groups:observation group and control group,15 cases each group.The patients in the observation group were treated by using "adult hearing and speech rehabilitation system",and the patients in the control group underwent traditional speech rehabilitation treatment.The total effective rates of initial consonant,vowel consonant,tone and overall clinical effect were evaluated before and after the treatment in both groups.Results Initial consonant:the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(81.25%vs 53.33%,.P<0.05);Vowel consonant:the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(93.33%vs 46.67%,P < 0.01);Tone:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group,but without statistical significant differences(66.67%vs 45.00%,P>0.05);The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(86.67%vs 53.33%,P<0.05).Conclusion Compare with the traditional speech training, "adult hearing and speech rehabilitation system" has a significant advantage for speech rehabilitation in elderly patients with post-stroke dysarthria.更多还原
