杜仲叶中总黄酮的超声波提取工艺优化

【摘要】 采用超声波法提取了杜仲叶中的黄酮类物质。通过单因素试验研究了料液比、乙醇浓度、超声时间和提取次数对提取效率的影响。在此基础上,选择料液比、乙醇浓度、和超声时间进行L9(33)正交试验,得出了总黄酮的最佳提取工艺参数:料液比为1∶14(g/mL),乙醇体积分数为50%,超声时间为20min,提取次数为3次。

【Abstract】 The article adopts ultrasonic method to extract flavone from folium cortex eucommiae.Through the single factor test,the article studies the effects of four factors on the extraction,including ratio of material to solvent,alcohol concentration,ultrasonic times and extracting frequency.Based on the single factor experiment,the article selects ratio of material to solvent,alcohol concentration and ultrasonic times to conduct the L9(33)orthogonal experiment.The optimal extraction parameters are determined through the experiment,in which that the ratio of material to solvent is 1∶14(g/mL),the ethanol content is 50%,the ultrasonic time is 20 min,and extracting frequency is three time.
