【摘要】 食品安全始终是社会关注的热点、难点问题,食品质量的好坏直接关系到人们的健康和社会安全。食品生产的安全监管日益得到加强,但运输配送的监管仍不尽人意。文章根据物联网技术的应用及食品冷藏运输现状的分析,提出了一个基于物联网的食品冷藏运输监管信息系统,旨在解决食品冷藏运输过程信息不对称的问题,期望通过对此信息系统的研究,实现食品冷藏配送的安全化、生产运输过程透明化、政府处理食品问题灵敏化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Food safety has always been the social focus on hot and difficult problem, food quality is directly related to people’s health and social security. Food production safety regulation increasingly strengthened, but the transportation and delivery of regulation is still unsatisfactory. In this paper, according to the application of the internet of things technology and the analyses the current situation of the food refrigerated transport, author puts forward a food refrigerated transport regulatory information system based on internet of things, to solve the problem of food refrigerated transportation information asymmetry, expectations to realize the safety of the food refrigerated transport, the transparent of transport process, and the sensitive for dealing with the food quality problems through the study of the information system.更多还原
