一种2D电液比例阀的研究与设计
Design and Research of 2D Electro-hydraulic Proportional Valve
【摘要】 基于2D阀的基本工作原理—阀芯轴向运动对其旋转运动的跟随作用,同时采用节能的、小推力的比例电磁铁作为电-机械转化器,提出了一种2D电液比例阀的设计方案。设计了2D电液比例阀的结构和压扭联轴器,并对其建立数学模型和进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明,当系统压力为28 MPa时,2D电液比例阀的阶跃响应时间为21 ms,而-3 d B时对应的频宽为16.4 Hz。
【Abstract】 Based on the basic working principle of 2D valve, which valve spool axial movement follows its rotational motion, and combined with the control characteristic of proportional solenoid, a design scheme of 2D electro hydraulic proportional valve is put forward in this paper. The structure and compression torsion coupling of 2D electro-hydraulic proportional valve are designed, and the mathem model of 2D electro- hydraulic proportional valve is obtained. So simulation is carried out and simulation results show that when the system pressure is 28 MPa, the step response time of the 2D electro-hydraulic proportional valve is 21 ms, and-3 d B corresponding bandwidth is 16.4 Hz.
