应用实时荧光定量PCR检测子宫内膜癌与癌旁组织中microRNA-93的差异表达状况
Detecting MicroRNA-93 Expressions in Endometrial Cancer Tissues and Non-tumorous Tissues Using qRT-PCR
【摘要】 为分析microRNA-93在人子宫内膜癌组织和癌旁正常组织中的表达差异状况,初步探讨其在子宫内膜癌中的作用,应用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测32例子宫内膜癌及对照癌旁组织中microRNA-93的表达状况。结果表明,子宫内膜癌组织中microRNA-93的表达量高于癌旁组织(P<0.01),可见microRNA-93可能作为癌基因参与子宫内膜癌的发生发展过程。
【Abstract】 To investigate the different expressions of microRNA-93 in endometrial cancer tissues and their corresponding adjacent non-tumorous tissues, the expressions of microRNA-93 in 32 cases of human endometrial cancer and their adjacent non-tumor tissues were detected, using real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR). The results indicate: the expressions of microRNA-93 were higher in human endometrial carcinoma tissues than in their corresponding adjacent nontumor tissues(P <0. 01). The conclusion can be drawn that MicroRNA-93 might play the role of oncogene in the development of endometrial cancer.
