【摘要】 共选取安徽、河北、河南、江苏、山东等省黄淮麦区2013年产高产强筋小麦样品326份,对其籽粒感官性状、质量指标、品质性状进行了全面分析和评价。结果表明,达到优质强筋小麦国家标准的样品占样品总数的33.7%,分别是7516、84380、安农1274、宝丰1082、存麦5号、藁优9415、邯麦14、淮麦20、济麦20、济南17、连麦2号、洛麦3、山农21、师栾02-1、泰山4173、泰山6426、皖麦38、西农979、新麦0208、新麦19、新麦2111、新麦26、新乡060221、宿553、徐麦30、徐麦31、徐麦33、烟农19、郑麦3596、郑麦366、郑麦7698、郑育麦518、中洛08-1、周麦24、周麦26、洲元9369。通过试验筛选出适合该区域种植的高产优质强筋小麦品种。更多还原

【Abstract】 326high production wheat samples with strong gluten in 2013 were selected from five provinces in Huang-Huai area,such as Anhui,Hebei,Henan,Jiangsu and Shandong.The grain sensory characteristics,qualitative index and quality traits were analyzed.The result indicated that 33.7% samples reached the national standard for high quality and strong gluten wheat,which were 7516,84380,Annong 1274,Baofeng 1082,Cunmai 5,Gaoyou 9415,Hanmai 14,Huaimai 20,Jimai 20,Jinan17,Lianmian 2,Luomai 3,Shannong 21,Shiluan 02-1,Taishan 4173,Taishan 6426,Wanmai 38,Xinong 979,Xinmai 0208,Xinmai 19,Xinmai 2111,Xinmai 26,Xinxiang 060221,Su 553,Xumai 30,Xumai 31,Xumai 33,Yannong 19,Zhengmai 3596,Zhengmai 366,Zhengmai 7698,Zhengyumai 518,Zhongluo 08-1,Zhoumai 24,Zhoumai 26,Zhouyuan 9369,respectively.Through the experiment,the high production and quality wheat samples with strong gluten suitable for the cultivation of different regions were screened.更多还原
