【摘要】 提升学历留学生教育品质是当前来华留学生工作的重要抓手。文章利用战略管理领域流行的SWOT分析法,对当前留学生教育质量存在的问题进行了分析,并提供了解决之道与战略构想。主要有:在教学方面,学校和教师要树立特色性质量观,增强专业语言的过渡性训练,探索建立课程体系标准;在保障方面,留学生管理部门要以细节取胜,同时实现群策群力,齐抓共管;在监管方面,教育主管部门要树立科学质量观,完善留学生教育质量评估体系,为各院校抓质量指明方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Enhancing the education quality of diploma students is the key point in the work of current foreign students studying in China. Using the analytical method of SWOT which is popular in the field of strategic management,this paper analyzes the problems in education quality about current international students and offers some solutions and strategic conceptions. They includes:In the aspect of teaching,the school and teachers should set up a quality concept of specialty,enhance the transitional training of professional language and try to explore and establish the criterion of the curriculum system;In the aspect of security,the office of international students should focus on details and realize co-management by using collective wisdom and efforts;In the aspect of supervision,education authorities should establish a scientific view of quality,improve the assessment system of education quality on foreign students and make the orientation clearly about enhancing the education quality for schools.更多还原
