【Abstract】 As a new carrier of information technology,wechat public platform has built an interactive service platform for enterprises and users,aiming at serving enterprises to help them to promote their products and provide value-added services. Through sounds,photos,videos and other information carriers strengthen relation between the company and equipment users,processing the equipment installation,daily maintenance,fault processing and other technical information which upload to the wechat public platform and share with to the users.
