Purpose To investigate the clinicopathologic features,diagnosis and differential diagnosis of primary gastric inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor( IMT). Methods Four cases of gastric IMTs were studied by clinicopathologic analysis,immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization,and the related literature was reviewed.
