“一锅法”合成对甲氧基肉桂酸乙酯
One-pot synthesis of ethyl p-methoxy cinnamate
【摘要】 以对甲氧基苯甲醛、乙酸乙酯为原料,在新制备的乙醇钠作用下,经Claisen-Schmidt缩合反应,"一锅法"反应合成得到对甲氧基肉桂酸乙酯.通过正交实验设计考察了反应物料比、催化剂用量和反应时间等因素对反应产物收率的影响.实验结果确定反应的最佳条件为:对甲氧基苯甲醛与乙酸乙酯的摩尔比为1∶8,乙醇钠用量为反应混合物(质量分数)的10%,反应时间1.5h.在此实验条件下,做3组平行实验,对甲氧基肉桂酸乙酯的平均最高收率达到83.4%.利用IR、~1HNMR、元素分析及熔点对所得产物测试分析,结果证明所得到的产物结构是正确的.
【Abstract】 Ethyl p-methoxy cinnamate was synthesized by Claisen-Schmidt condensation from p-methoxy benzaldehyde and ethyl acetate using sodium alcoholate as catalyst.The effects of factors such as the compound p-methoxy benzaldehyde and ethyl acetate,amount of catalyst,reaction time were investigated on reaction results.The optimum conditions was defined,which it is:n(p-methoxy benzaldehyde)∶n(ethyl acetate)=1∶8,amount of sodium alcoholate 10%,and reaction time 1.5h.Under above conditions,the yield and purity of the product is up to 83.4%.Furthermore,the structure was confirmed by the measurement and analysis as IR,1 HNMR,elemental analyses and melt point.
