【摘要】 目的:探讨小剂量阿替普酶溶栓治疗老年急性次大面积肺栓塞的临床疗效。方法:将我院2012年1月-2014年6月间收治的急性次大面积肺栓塞老年患者50例随机分为对照组(n=25)和实验组(n=25),对照组予低分子肝素和华法林抗凝治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上给予小剂量阿替普酶静脉泵入,14 d后比较两组患者治疗前后的动脉血气分析指标、右心功能和临床有效率。结果:实验组治疗后的动脉血气分析指标、右心功能及临床有效率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用小剂量阿替普酶溶栓治疗老年急性次大面积肺栓塞安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective :To explore the clinical efficacy of senile acute submassive pulmonary embolism treated by low dose alteplase..Methods :.50 patients with senile acute submassive pulmonary embolism were randomly divided into the control group(n = 25) and the experimental group(n = 25) from Jan 2012 to Jun 2014. The control group was treated by low molecular weight heparin combined with Hua Falin,while the experimental group was treated by low dose alteplase based on the control group..The arterial blood gas index,right heart function indexes and the clinical efficiency were compared between the two groups after the treatment 14 days. Results : The arterial blood gas index,right heart function indexes and the clinical efficiency in the experimental were significantly better than those in the control group(P <0.05).after the treatment..Conclusion :.Application of low dose alteplase thrombolysis has a significantly effect and safety for senile acute massive pulmonary embolism.更多还原
