水性环氧沥青在烧毁路面修复工程中的应用
Application of Waterborne Epoxy Asphalt in Burned Asphalt Pavement Repair Engineering
【摘要】 水性环氧乳化沥青固化后形成空间网状结构,具有很强的抗剥落能力,良好的高温稳定性。对比烧毁沥青路面修补的多种方案,在对水性环氧乳化沥青材料粘结性能试验测试的基础上,提出采用水性环氧乳化沥青固砂技术对烧毁深度较小的沥青路面进行修复,详细阐述了该施工技术,并通过试验验证了水性环氧乳化沥青固砂技术的应用效果。
【Abstract】 Waterborne epoxy emulsion asphalt form a spatial network structure after curing,has the very strong anti- stripping ability,good high temperature stability. This paper compared several burned asphalt pavement repair solutions,put forward to repair the asphalt pavement of smaller burned depth by waterborne epoxy emulsion asphalt sand control technology base on the experiment of bonding properties of waterborne epoxy emulsion asphalt material testing. Illustrate its construction technology,and verify the application of waterborne epoxy emulsion asphalt sand control technology by experiment.
