某乘用车悬架液压衬套匹配分析与优化
Matching Analysis and Optimization of Passenger Car Suspension’s Hydrobushing
【摘要】 液压衬套是汽车悬架重要隔振元件,研究其动态特性与悬架系统相匹配对提升车辆平顺性具有重要意义。针对使用同一液压衬套的两款车,通过整车道路试验和液压衬套的动态特性分析,找出液压衬套与车辆悬架系统的匹配原则,提出衬套动态特性的优化目标,利用AMESim和Matlab对衬套进行联合仿真优化,并根据最优方案对液压衬套进行改进设计。结果表明,利用联合仿真优化方法可以获得满意的液压衬套动态特性。
【Abstract】 Hydrobushing is an important vibration isolation element of the vehicle suspension. Studying its dynamic characteristics and suspension matching has great significance on enhancing vehicle ride. By the road test and the dynamic analysis of the hydrobushing used on the two different cars, the suspension matching principles are figured out and the optimization objects of hydrobushing are proposed. The author utilizes the AMESim-Matlab co-simulation to optimize the performance of hydrobushing, and redesigns it based on the optimization results. The results show that satisfactory dynamic characteristics of the hydrobushing can be obtained by the AMESim-Matlab co-simulation.
