【Abstract】 Higher education has been in the post-mass-access time with practice of increasing enrollment.Thus,undergraduates are faced with a tough job market. So it is essential for universities to help undergraduates make occupational development plans. This patter is oriented in guiding in accordance of their aptitude and sort management,following the connection among studying,major,vocation,career and entrepreneurship.
