【摘要】 省域高等教育科学发展评价具有对本省域内的高等教育进行形势研判、态势预测、问题诊断、动态预警与对策调控的功能。学生的全面发展是省域高等教育科学发展评价的核心;综合系统评价是省域高等教育科学发展评价的基本要求;将整体评价与专项评价相结合、现实状态评判与未来发展导向相结合、问题诊断与预警调控相结合是评价的基本原则。在评价技术方面,要与时俱进、不断创新,进行大数据平台的建设与应用、进行指标跟踪与动态监测、借鉴和吸收其他学科的优秀技术。更多还原

【Abstract】 There are four functions of the evaluation about scientific development of provincial higher education. Respectively is judging the situation,trend prediction,problem diagnosis,dynamic early-warning and countermeasure of regulation. The all-round development of students is the core of the evaluation,meanwhile the comprehensive and systemic evaluation is the basic requirement. In addition,we should follow the basic principles,In the process of evaluation we need to combine overall evaluation with special evaluation,realistic condition evaluation with future development orientation,problem diagnosis with early-warning and regulation. From a technical perspective,we must keep pace with the times,and constantly innovating. So we can continue technological advances through the following methods:construct and use of large data platform,track and dynamically monitor the index,learn and absorb the excellent technology of other subjects.更多还原
