FIA光度法对纳米γ-Al2O3对V(v)的吸附性能研究
FIA Photometric Method for Nano γ-Al2O3 Adsorption Performance Study
【摘要】 利用一套流动的注射分析系统,研究了纳米γ-Al2O3对V(v)的吸附行为,考察了吸附平行时间、p H值、温度等因素对吸附过程的影响.利用固-液相互作用的方法,求取吸附剂(γ-Al2O3)和吸附质(v)相互作用性能.结果表明,纳米γ-Al2O3对V(v)吸附3 min时基本平衡,在p H=4~11范围可被定量吸附.吸附于γ-Al2O3上的V(v)可以用0.2 mol/L K3PO4和1 mol/L H2SO4混合溶液洗脱,只需5 min,反洗率达95%以上.吸附过程符合Langmuir和D-R等温方程,吸附以离子交换为主.具有较好的拟合,相关系数(r)均大于0.977.
【Abstract】 This paper using a set of flowinjection analysis system,studies the nanoγ-Al2O3 to V( V) adsorption behavior,inspected the adsorption parallel time,p H value,the temperature of the influence of the factors adsorption process. Use the solid-liquid interaction,the method of calculating the adsorbent( γ-Al2O3) and adsorption quality( v) interaction performance. The results showthat nanometerγ-Al2O3 to V( V) when the adsorption of 3 min basic balance,p H = 4- 11 range can be quantitatively adsorption. Adsorption onγ- Al2O3V( V) can use 0. 2 mol / L K3PO4 and 1 mol H2SO4 with mixed solution,just 5 min backwashing rate of more than 95%. Adsorption processes meet Langmuir and D- R isotherm equation,for ion exchange primarily. Has good fitting,correlation coefficient( r) are greater than 0. 977.
