Taking Liaohe River as the research object, the community structure of bottom water environment physical and chemical index and Macrobenthos were comprehensively analyzed, analysis the influence factors of water environment to ecological environment characteristics of Liaohe basin, after the results of the study show that: large benthic animals often affected by bottom water dissolved oxygen, nutrients, heavy metals, submerged plant the depth of the water,sediment, etc in a watershed.
