【摘要】 老年痴呆是发生在老年时期的认知障碍综合征,其发病率随着人口老龄化的发展呈逐年上升趋势。老年痴呆有其自身的特殊性,其照护难度超过其他疾病,给照护者带来极大的挑战与压力。它不仅威胁患者的生活质量,也影响到其家庭与社会的正常生活。目前,国内从社会科学视角切入的老年痴呆照护研究十分薄弱,公众对老年痴呆的知晓率也很低,对此存在某些认识误区,社会支持严重不足,照护工作面临重重困难。如何照护好老年痴呆患者,成为一个公共卫生与养老服务的新课题。借鉴国外及中国香港的经验,建议从国家层面采取行动,制定政策与规划,加强宣传,普及知识,提升医疗水平,增加服务供给,开展能力建设,向照护者提供多元化支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 Senile dementia is a cognitive dysfunction syndrome occurred in old age, and its incidence shows a rising trend year by year with the development of population aging. Senile dementia has its own particularity, the care diffi culties are more than other diseases, and it brings great challenge and pressure to the caregivers. It not only threatens the patient’s quality of life, but also affects the normal lives of their family and society. At present, the domestic research from social science visual angle of dementia care is very weak, the public awareness of dementia is low, so there are some misunderstandings, social support is very short, and care works face many diffi culties. How to give cares for dementia patients is becoming a new task for public health and services for the elderly. Based on the experience of the foreign countries and Hong Kong, the paper suggests that we should take action from the national level, formulate policy and planning, strengthen the propaganda, popularize knowledge, enhance the level of medical treatment, increase the service supply, carry out the capacity building, and provide diversifi ed support to the caregivers.更多还原
