【Abstract】 The construction of ideology and morality is the soul of the construction of spiritual civilization, which runs through the whole development of our society. Counselors as the main builder of ideological and moral education of college students, who play a important role of demonstration guide to colleges students’ ideology. Therefore, the ethical construction of college counselor team does affect the direction of the school education reform and the quality of talent output. At present, there are some worrying problems in the ethical construction of college counselors in our country. The colleges should be in accordance with requirement of speech "Being the teachers who make the party and people satisfied", which delivered by president Xi Jinping at Beijing Normal University, and the main point of this speech requests the colleges to explore and implement the ethical construction path of counselor team.更多还原
