聚乙烯醇磷酸酯缩戊二醛的制备及其对低浓度稀土离子的吸附性能
PREPARATION OF POLYVINYL ALCOHOL PHOSPHATE GLUTARALDEHYDE AND ITS ADSORPTION PROPERTY OF LOW CONCENTRATION OF RARE EARTH METAL IONS
【摘要】 本文以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为基体,通过酯化反应,将磷酸基团引入聚乙烯醇的分子链中,获得聚乙烯醇磷酸酯;用戊二醛作为交联剂与聚乙烯醇磷酸酯反应,获得聚乙烯醇磷酸酯缩戊二醛。考察了其对La3+、Gd3+等的吸附性能,讨论了p H值、温度、时间以及稀土离子初始浓度对吸附性能的影响,并考察了其对含稀土离子废水的动态吸附性能,取得了良好的结果。
【Abstract】 Phosphorylated polyvinyl alcohol(PPVA) was synthesized by esterification reaction of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) to introduce phosphate groups to its molecular chains. Glutaraldehyde, used as cross-linking agent, reacted with PPVA to obtain polyvinyl alcohol phosphate glutaraldehyde(PPVG). The adsorption properties of La3+ and Gd3+ on PPVG were investigated, and the effect of p H value, temperature, time and initial concentration of rare earth ions on adsorption capacity was studied. The dynamic adsorption capacity of rare earth wastewater on PPVG was also determined and all of the result were satisfactory.
