【Abstract】 X-ray spectroscopy technique as an advanced detection methods, has the features of non-destruction, fastness,accuracy, portable and ability to achieve continuous online testing. The basic principles, characteristics and recent progress of X-ray spectroscopy of wood moisture content detection in accuracy,measurement and dynamic distribution are mainly introduced in this paper, based on which the existing problems and the future development trend are pointed out, aimed to promote the further development and application of X-ray spectroscopy in the field of wood moisture content detection.更多还原
