基于拌和站远程监控的热拌沥青混合料质量控制
Quality Control of Hot Asphalt Mixture Based on Remote Monitoring of Mixing Station
【摘要】 拌和站热拌沥青混合料的质量监控,基于GTM的沥青混合料目标配合比设计和基于目标配合比的生产配合比设计计算方法,通过从拌和楼采集的各料仓集料重量,并根据热料仓比例及料仓筛分结果,使用传感、移动通讯和互联网技术,将数据上传至服务器,在服务器上通过编制软件将拌和站生产过程中的每一盘生产数据进行分析和计算,得到级配曲线、油石比、矿粉及关键筛孔等分析数据。有效控制沥青混合料拌合质量,保证道路工程质量。
【Abstract】 The quality monitoring of hot asphalt mixture in mixing station,GTM-based target proportioning design and the target proportioning based production porportioning design were implemented in such manner that,according to the aggregate weight of each bin collected from the mixing plant,the hot bin proportioning and the screening result there,the data were tranferred by use of sensor,mobile communication and internet technologies to the server,on which the programming was carried out to analyze and calculate the production data from the mixing plant. As a result,the analytical data,such as grading curve,asphalt aggregate ratio,mineral powder and key screen openings,were obtained. The quality control of asphalt mixture may guarantee the quality of road engineering.
