昔格达填料路用适宜性评判的现场CBR标准建立及应用

【摘要】 以当前高速公路、高等级公路及高填方路堤填料的重要控制性指标承载比(CBR)为对象,开展了昔格达地层填料室内CBR与仿现场CBR、现场CBR的对应性试验,以填料压实后的干密度为纽带,获得了三种CBR的对应性关系,建立了评价填料压实效果的现场CBR标准。将该成果用于现场压实标准的判别,为推广现场CBR指标检验、配合压实度指标保证高速公路填方路堤的质量奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 This paper,by taking California bearing ratio( CBR),the important key index of filler for highway,high-class road and high-filled embankment,as the object,conducted the laboratory,imitation site and site CBR tests on the filler of Xigeda strata for comparison. Through the tests which were linked with the dry density of the filler after compacted,the corresponding relations between these 3 kinds of CBR values were obtained and the site CBR criteria for evaluation on the compaction effect of the filler established. The achievement is applied to judge the site compaction criteria,and is the basis to promote site CBR inspection for quality control of highway filled embankment together with compaction index.
