【摘要】 目的观察舒血宁注射液对肿瘤患者经外周置入中心静脉导管(PICC)后静脉血栓形成的预防作用。方法选取我院肿瘤科155例携有PICC置管的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组76例患者置管后仅给予常规护理,观察组79例患者在常规护理同时予舒血宁静脉滴注。治疗期间对155例患者常规行血管超声波检查确诊是否有血栓形成,并对两组患者血栓发生率进行比较分析。结果对照组血栓发生率高于观察组患者(P<0.05)。结论舒血宁注射液能够降低肿瘤患者PICC置管后静脉血栓的形成。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the prevention effect of Shuxuening injection for venous catheter-related thrombosis after peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC). Methods The 155 cases of cancer patients who accepted PICC were randomly divided into control and observation group. The control group was given only routine nursing care after PICC. The observation group got not only routine nursing care, but also Shuxuening injection daily. The incidence of thrombosis of both groups was observed by vascular ultrasound. Results The incidence of thrombosis in observation group was significantly lower than in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions The Shuxuening injection can reduce the PICC-related thrombosis.更多还原
