砷形态分析的研究进展
Research Progress of Arsenic Speciation Analysis
【摘要】 综述了砷的提取、分离和检测方法的研究进展。主要包括超声提取法、微波辅助提取法、固相萃取法等常用的提取方式;分别用于水样和海产品中砷的富集的共沉淀法和毛细管电泳法;以及高效液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体-质谱法、高效液相色谱-氢化物发生-原子吸收光谱法、氢化物发生-电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法等用于砷形态分析的分离和检测方法(引用文献56篇)。
【Abstract】 The research progress of the extraction,separation and detection of arsenic was showed in this review,including the common extraction methods,such as ultrasonic extraction,microwave assisted extraction and solid phase extraction;the co-precipitation and capillary electrophoresis used for enrichment of arsenic in water and seafood samples respectively;the methods of separation and detection for arsenic speciation analysis,such as HPLCICP-MS,HPLC-HG-AAS,HG-ICP-AES,etc(56ref.cited).
