【Abstract】 Traditional emotional labor studies focused only on service industry, but there was no study worked on manufacturing employees. In this paper, worker’s job emotional cognition, emotional experience and emotion control of 132 post-80s-based new generation staff was studied by data analysis, and found that manufacturing employees also have emotional labor, but its expression is different from service staff.更多还原
